Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 770 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 770 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 770 as the platform provider. This platform is only for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Registration & account information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 770 platform. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information found may result in account closure without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account information current. 770 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account details.
Password security & access
You are solely responsible for keeping your 770 account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. 770 will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone call under any circumstances.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 770 support team immediately at [email protected].
Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
By using the 770 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner prohibited by these terms.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or impair the normal functioning of the 770 platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 770.
- Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information through the platform.
- Attempting to create multiple accounts or abuse the platform's promotional or bonus systems.
- Accessing the platform from regions or countries where such services are prohibited under local law.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, as well as appropriate legal action at 770's discretion.
Payment Information & Transaction Policy
Deposits & payment methods
All transactions on the 770 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, and FPX transfers via major Malaysian banks' internet banking.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified, depending on the payment method used. 770 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or payment processors.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the platform's current policy and may change without prior notice. Check your account dashboard for the latest limits.
Withdrawals & identity verification
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account that has been registered and verified under the same name as your 770 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
770 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain limits. This is a standard compliance procedure to prevent fraud and money laundering. Users who fail to provide the required verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
Any discrepancies or disputes relating to a transaction must be reported to 770 within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
770's liability limits
The 770 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied or express warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. 770 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
This includes but is not limited to losses arising from technical disruptions, system errors, betting outcomes, or third-party actions affecting access to the platform.
Account suspension & closure
770 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without stated reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or unlawful activity. In cases of closure due to a terms violation, 770 reserves the right to withhold the relevant account balance while an investigation is carried out.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account panel or by contacting 770 customer support.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, brand names, interface designs, and other materials available on the 770 platform are the exclusive property of 770 or its relevant licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any element of the 770 platform for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
Third-party links
The 770 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 770 makes no warranties regarding the content, privacy policies, or security practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
770 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
